Reynolds Graves is a seasoned public affairs and government relations executive, lobbyist and political consultant based in Boston, Massachusetts. As the founder and CEO of The Graves Group, Reynolds leads his team in the execution of government relations strategies and lobbying and public affairs campaigns on behalf of clients in various sectors and at all levels of government. Prior to founding The Graves Group, Reynolds served for over a decade in leadership roles of federal, state and local political campaigns and public offices including: The Obama White House, the administration of Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick, The Mayor of Boston, The Boston City Council, The United States Embassy in Cairo, Egypt, The Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law in Washington D.C. , The United States Congress and in 2021 was tapped to launch Harvard Professor Danielle Allen’s campaign for Governor of Massachusetts.

As a Vice President of Public Affairs at SKDKnickerbocker in New York City, Reynolds worked with a cross-section of corporate, non-profit and political clients to execute public affairs campaigns, including advising a large New York City hospital system at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. As an Associate Vice President at Rasky Partners, Reynolds represented clients as a lobbyist at the Federal, State, Local and International levels of government across the healthcare, education, business and technology sectors. Reynolds studied Political Science at the University of Massachusetts Boston and Hampton University and is the founder and chair of the 1866 Action Fund, a Massachusetts Super PAC focused on supporting and electing down ballot Black candidates to state and local office in Massachusetts.
